Upgrades to My Home

We’ve introduced lots of improvements to our desktop version of My Home, our tenant portal. Working together with our involved tenants, we’ve ensured that these updates bring clearer information, easier self-service options, and better signposting to support.

Property and tenancy information is now improved and includes details such as when kitchen and bathrooms are due to be reviewed. This won’t mean that improvements will definitely take place, as there are some criteria to meet, but they will be reviewed by the date provided. More information about planned improvement works can be found here.

There’s also an energy efficiency rating for your home, with a direct link to your Energy Performance Certificate on the government website, allowing you to understand more about your property.

You’ll now see signposting to local activities, support, and community resources, along with clearer information about the help available from our Skills and Personal Development team – including employment support, mental health support, and opportunities for training and volunteering.

A new building safety reporting feature allows you to report concerns immediately to us so we can act sooner.

We’ve also reviewed our complaints form, making it easier to understand and complete.

These updates mark another step forward in helping us to make My Home a central place for you to manage your tenancy.
