We are currently looking at the way we let our properties and would like your help with understanding how we can do this in the best way for current tenants, prospective tenants and the business.

Our aim is to provide a quick and effective service to our existing tenants and prospective tenants, as well as achieving our aim of being a great landlord and being easy to do business with. 

We plan to continue allocating at least 50% of our vacant homes through our current ‘Local Authority Choice Based Lettings systems’, with the remaining homes being allocated through our own system.

We will give equal priority to those applicants who demonstrate housing need by meeting the reasonable preference categories as set out in the Housing Act 1996, amended by the Localism Act 2011. However, will also account for additional factors that are currently not considered as part of the CBL priorities.
