We've received a new accreditation

We have achieved the AQS (Advice Quality Standard) Accreditation which is formal recognition for the level of support we provide to our tenants.

The accreditation provides an independent view of the support services offered to our tenants by an external assessor. The assessment consisted of a review of our support documents, interviews with our Support Managers and also focus groups with the Support Team.

Maintaining a tenancy, applying for benefits, setting up and changing utilities providers, budgeting, advice and accessing other services are some of the support services we offer that were audited as part of the accreditation process.

According to the AQS website, Ongo is just one of two organisations in North Lincolnshire to achieve this accreditation along with Crosby Community Association.
