Work commences on £6.2million housing development in Scunthorpe

We are proud to announce the commencement of work on the £6.2million Moorwell Meadows development in Yaddlethorpe, Scunthorpe.

The development will see a total of 200 homes, built by Avant Homes.

Of these, we will deliver 34, featuring a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of modern living.

Each home is equipped with contemporary features, including classic French doors, stunning kitchens, spacious rooms, and off-street parking.

Located near shops, transport links, leisure facilities, schools, and other amenities, Moorwell Meadows offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort.

Among the 34 homes, 28 will be available for Social Rent and six for Shared Ownership, ensuring affordability and accessibility for a wide range of buyers.

Shared Ownership allows buyers to purchase a share of a property, between 25-75%, while paying rent on the remainder. Over time, larger shares can be acquired until reaching 100% ownership.

The first homes are expected to be handed over by late next year.
