Site investigations were carried out in March and results are back. Consultation has been carried out with all affected tenants explaining the process and impact on them and their homes.
Detailed designs are being worked on and should be available for consultation again in Oct 2020. Affected tenants and neighbouring properties should receive a letter with plans asking for feedback before the end of Oct 2020.
After the wider consultation has taken place we envisage that the plans will be submitted to the Local Authority for planning permission by the end of the year. Planning permission could take as long as 6 months to obtain.
