Do you want to become an Ongo Digital Tenant?

We want to hear from you about your experiences using our online channels and how you think we could improve. This could be through their Facebook group, emails and specific digital sessions, and we will aim to vary these to make sure that you can participate regularly even if you have other commitments and not much time to spare.

We are specifically looking for tenants under the age of 40 to join, as this is an area where there isn’t currently much representation on the group. We want to be inclusive and ensure a range of feedback from our tenant base which can help influence improvements for all users.

There are 13 spaces available, and all applications will be subject to a criteria check.

Eligibility criteria

If you would like to be one of our Digital Tenants, you must:

• Be a current Ongo tenant named on the tenancy
• have access to Wi-Fi on a regular basis
• not be in arrears of more than one month’s rent
• use your own device to participate
