The Arc

The Arc has something for everyone. You can meet up with friends in the café, book a training course or pop in to ask a question about your neighbourhood at regular council, housing and police at our drop-in sessions.

As part of our £9m investment in Westcliff, Scunthorpe we opened The Arc in May 2018.

Along with a cafe, there are a range of services available for the whole community to access, including a Post Office and Little Owls nursery. There is also support available from our Employment Support Coaches, Youth Mentors, Housing Officers and Humberside Police, and regular events and activities.

The Arc is a place you can come to for support, advice and guidance or to catch up with friends in the cafe or during one of the many activities scheduled each week.

The Arc has something for everyone.

Arcafé

Arcafé is a modern and unique space that provides a social hub at the heart of the Arc. Its image is stylish and friendly, with an upbeat vibe that will appeal to people of all ages. We’re open 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday, so come and see us.We have free wifi and daily newspapers and our staff are all qualified Baristas. From flat whites to cappuccinos, we’ve got you covered. We serve hot and cold food, snacks and drinks to eat in or takeaway. There’s also a choice of cakes and pastries to tempt you.We also offer a range of tasty buffets, available Monday to Friday.One more thing! We’ve pledged to #PassOnPlastic and go green, so we will only use 100% recyclable products. Sounds good, right?

Post Office

Within The Arc is a great Post Office with all of the products and services you’d expect, and a team of experienced staff on hand to help. Services include:

Room hire

We have meeting rooms to hire for up to 20 people, and can provide everything you need for your meeting or event. To book, visit our website or pop in.

Support and training

There’s a whole range of support and training available here at The Arc. From our Employment Support Coaches and Housing Officers, to agencies we work with like Humberside Police, North Lindsey College and North Lincolnshire Council. Check out some more information below.
