Service Standards
Our Service Standards explain what our tenants and customers can expect from us as a landlord, and the level of service we will provide.
Our Service Standards are based on four themes:
- Safety and Quality
- Transparency, Influence and Accountability
- Neighbourhood and Community
- Tenancy.
Our Service Standards are aligned with the four Consumer Standards, which set out the outcomes that landlords are required to deliver, and our Corporate Plan objectives.
Service Standards, like the Consumer Standards, are a requirement by the Regulator of Social Housing for landlords to publish.
The standards have been refreshed following consultation with both tenants, including Community Voice, and Ongo staff, which asked what areas were most important to them.
