Publications Panel

We provide information to customers through the tenant newsletter, called Key News, and in a variety of other ways such as letters, leaflets, and newsletters. This panel’s purpose is to ensure articles are user and reader friendly, using plain English and free from jargon. They provide comments using either face to face meetings or digitally, and sometimes require a quick turnaround for responses to help provide comments during a time period for the consultation process.

The panel has influenced changes to the wording used in letters sent out to customers about rents, smoke alarms and gas safety checks. They agree and provide comments on the contents and articles prior to them being published in the Key News magazine.

The panel meetings will vary depending on the timescales set out for each of the publications and the method used will be agreed at the time.
