Ongo celebrates inspiring achievements at community awards
Last week, Ongo Communities hosted their community awards, honouring the remarkable achievements and personal progress made by individuals who have accessed their services over the past 12 months. The event brought together clients, colleagues, partners and supporters for a celebration filled with inspiring examples of determination and achievement.
Awards were presented across a wide range of categories, including Apprentice of the Year, Community Star of the Year, Employee of the Year, Isolation to Inspiration, Job Seeker Success, Learner of the Year, Mental Health Resilience, Most Improved Learner, Outstanding Achievement and Volunteer of the Year. Each winner demonstrated exceptional dedication, resilience and growth and making an impact.
Hayley Cullen, Operations Manager said, “Seeing our clients recognised for their achievements is a testament to the passion and commitment of our team and partners, and a reminder of why we do what we do.”
A huge thank you goes to Drainmasters, whose generous support helped make the event possible. Their contribution meant we could create a day that really highlighted the journeys, achievements and successes of our clients, and the positive impact our services can have.
The Community Awards remind us why we do what we do, supporting people to grow, achieve and move forward in their lives.
