We've welcomed Trent Valley Electrical Services to our growing commercial family

Trent Valley Electrical Services (TVES), a highly respected family-run business based in Scunthorpe, has joined the Ongo group, as a wholly owned subsidiary of our heating and plumbing company, Hales & Coultas.

TVES has built a reputation delivering expert services across industrial, commercial, agricultural, and domestic sectors, including solar and battery storage. The previous owners were keen to find a partner that shares their values of employee development and community investment.

They will become part of our group of commercial companies, marking a major milestone for us in terms of growth, and strengthening their ability to deliver enhanced services while supporting a commitment to growth and sustainability.

The acquisition will help us to expand more into renewable energy, especially in areas such as solar and battery, as well as offering complete roof and solar installations.

Eight TVES employees will be welcomed into Ongo, ensuring continuity and further opportunities for training and development.
