We want to make sure the information we share with you is clear, useful and easy to access.

The government is introducing new expectations for social housing providers called The Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements (STAIRs).

This means from 1 October 2026 social housing provides like Ongo must publish information regarding housing management, such as policies, spending, and performance.

We’re reviewing our website and the information we provide to make sure we’re getting this right.
