We’re excited to announce that the latest edition of Key News, your tenant and leaseholder magazine, is now live (scroll to the bottom to read).

Key News is your seasonal go to guide for everything happening across your homes and communities, packed with real stories and important updates.

Whether you want to know who your Neighbourhood Officer is, learn about upcoming events, or find out how to get involved in shaping services, it has all of the information you need.

This time we’ve regionalised it, so that you get a more personal magazine, with the most relevant information based on where you live.

Highlights from this edition include:

• Neighbourhood Delivery Model: A new approach bringing more personalised and visible support to your doorstep, with Neighbourhood Officers now your main point of contact.
• Investing in homes and wellbeing: Updates on property improvements, support services, and how we’re working to make your home safer and more comfortable.
• Community Voice: See how your feedback is shaping services, including updates from recent meetings and how to get involved.
• Damp and mould improvements: Cases have been halved thanks to new processes and a major data cleanse, with over 40,000 repairs completed in the past year.
• Celebrating community: Highlights from Volunteers’ Week, VE Day, and Dementia Action Week, showcasing the amazing contributions of tenants and staff.
• Tenant stories: Real-life experiences from tenants who’ve received support, including help with benefits, mental health, and neighbourhood issues.
