After the works have been completed

After the works have been completed, we may inspect them.  We don’t always inspect 100% of a contractors work and it does vary from project to project. The type of work will indicate if we need to come inside your home or not to complete the inspection. There may be additional works, known as snagging, that we ask the contractor to do following our visit.

If we recently finished some work in your home and there’s a problem with something we installed, let us know as soon as you can.

We are committed to working with you to improve our services, and we value your feedback. We’ll ask you to complete a short survey after the work is finished.

Your feedback helps us understand how we can improve, so please let us know if you are not happy with the works or service, if we haven’t met your expectations, or if you feel we haven’t delivered what we promised.

It’s also nice to know when things have gone well. If you were happy with the service and would like to inform the team who worked in your home, please get in touch.

We’re committed to improving energy efficiency in our homes through a dedicated ‘retrofit’ programme. Retrofitting simply means modifying your home after it’s been built. Find out more about our retrofit programme.
