Support during the works
For some projects, a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) will be on hand to provide you with help and support before and during the work.
Please tell the RLO of any information relating to you or your household that the contractor needs to take into consideration before they start work to your home. Our contractors, wherever possible, will make reasonable adjustments to suit your needs. They will agree with you specific measures that will be put in place to support you.
For projects that do not have a RLO, please get in touch with the contractor to discuss your needs. Their contact details will be on letters and/or emails you will receive from them.
If you feel that the reasonable adjustments put in place by our Contractors do not meet your needs, please contact us.
