We have a friendly and non-judgemental specialist team who are trained to understand your individual needs and work with you step by step to provide the support needed for you to overcome any barriers and develop your confidence and skills.

The team has a wide range of their own personal experiences and knowledge, and an impressive track record in helping people to move forward within their lives through the Journey to Work.

You will work with your coach to find out what stage you are at in your personal journey and create a plan of action to help you decide what is right for you, working at your pace.

Don’t worry if you are not ready for work just yet, your coach can help you put steps in place to develop your skills and confidence, possibly with some training or a placement.

We will take everything a step at a time.
