You are invited to view and comment upon the development plans as part of a public consultation process. These plans hope to regenerate the area, as well as bringing new, much needed, additional housing.
At this stage, the development proposals are for a scheme of 24 houses, with the following mix:
- Four one bedroom bungalows
- 16 two bedroom bungalows
- Four two bedroom bungalows
You may wish to comment on items such as:
- The layout of the development
- The type, range and number of homes
- Highways and car parking
- The design of the new homes and internal layout.
The consultation will close on Friday 10 July 2026.
