Claire says: “As a Regional Manager for Region 2, I am committed to leading a team which will deliver excellent customer service and in line the priorities set out in our Corporate Plan. We have listened to our customers, and their feedback has told us key priorities for them is for us to understand our tenants and deliver a consistent, personalised service. Tenants have told us they value having easy access to relevant local information, which reflects Ongo’s commitment to being engaged with local communities and providing tenants with the information they need. This includes being out and about in our communities and fostering deep relationships with our tenants.
